Welcome to our holiday home in the heart of Sauerland! This spacious detached house of 170 m², situated on a hill, offers a charming and relaxing holiday environment for families, groups, and friends. With 3 comfortable bedrooms, this house is ideal for 6 people.

Highlights: 

• Living and Dining Room: Enjoy the spacious and stylishly decorated living room, perfect for cozy evenings. Additionally, there is an extra sitting area for added comfort.
 • Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combi oven, and direct access to the covered terrace.
• Large Enclosed Garden: Relax on the covered terrace with beautiful views and outdoor furniture. Ideal for relaxation and al fresco dining.
• 3 Bedrooms & 1 Bathroom: All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom features a shower and a bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
 • WiFi: Available throughout the house.

Location: The house is located at the edge of the forest, perfect for nature lovers and directly connected to various mountain biking routes. Within minutes, you can reach Emmet Ski School, ideal for children to learn skiing or snowboarding. The nearby Willingen Ski Arena offers winter sports fun, including skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing, just a 5-minute drive away.

Activities in the Area: Whether it's summer or winter, Sauerland offers countless adventures: hiking on well-marked trails, mountain biking, or trips to Fort Fun Adventure Land, the Edersee, the Diemelsee, Winterberg, and Willingen.
