Tucked away in the quiet village of Saint-Clair-sur-l'Elle, this cozy 1-bedroom holiday home is perfect for a couple seeking tranquility and nature. Overlooking a furnished garden, the property invites guests to enjoy barbecue evenings, unwind with a book, or explore the nearby forest trails and orchard (accessible via a gate). Located just 3 km from local shops and 8 km from restaurants in Saint-Lô, the home offers easy access to historic sites like Omaha Beach, the Normandy Landings, and WWII cemeteries and museums. Nature lovers will enjoy spotting deer in the Cerisy-la-Forêt woods, while day trips to Bayeux (33 km), Cherbourg (75 km), and Mont Saint-Michel (100 km) add cultural depth to your stay.
