Breakfast was way below par simple things like scrambled eggs would have been better and beacon than what you had , overall this hotel meet our standards plus some front staff handle very big problem with cleaning rooms and was polite and respectful and for our trouble gave us free parking
I felt that you needed more cleaning staff for your rooms it should not took us more than 2 hours to check in for our room , including rest of my family and people had to wait and one last thing if you can be little more flexible on check in times we traveled 8 hrs to get to your hotel and ask if we check in early because we exhausted answer we got no can do until 3 pm even then we not get to our room until 4:30 sue cleaning issue

Breakfast was nice and you couldn't beat the location to access the Ark. A short walk to the transfer bus to Ark in the morning or throughout the day. It was busy for breakfast but the food was steady supply. Staff friendly and the room was great.

It was a clean hotel.
The power went off about 3 hours , they closed down the pool early.
