Apartma je lociran sicer nekoliko stisnjen med ostale vaške hiše, vendar ima razgledne balkone ter vso moderno opremo, ki jo potrebujete. Samo naselje Rateče je naravnost na idealni lokaciji, ob tromeji SI-A-I, tako da ima gost obilo možnosti tako poleti (gore), kot pozimi (velika izbira bližnjih smučišč v vseh državah). Zelo prijazen sprejem s presenečenji.
V sodobno opremljenem apartnaju ni slabih točk.

Najino bivanje v Margit hiši je bilo zelo prijetno. V apartmaju je vse kar sva potrebovala in kot je napisano. Vse je zelo lepo urejeno in čisto ter lepo toplo. Lastnika sta izjemno prijazna in gostoljubna. Zelooo priporočam.
