L'emplacement, le calme, la propreté, l'accueil, le parking privé, la vue sur le Rhin, le grand balcon, la proximité des commerces
l'arrivée de l'eau chaude qui est longue et "aléatoire", un petit manque d'équipement de la cuisine ( couverts,assiettes, verres...)

Der Aussicht hat mir super gefallen. Zimmer war auch schön und sauber.Die Küche hat mir auch gut gefallen.

Super Lage , direkt an der Rheinpromenade. Man kommt mit dem Aufzug ins UG und dann direjt raus durch ein garagetor
Warmwasser Anlage(Durchlauferhietzer veraltet)...Viel zu viel Wasserverbrauch , dadaurch das man Wasser einfach sehr lange laufen lassen sollten

Bett war sehr niedrig, Wäsche, Handtücher rochen penetrant nach Weichspüler (unangenehm), fehlende TV-Senderliste, Schälmesser nicht benutzbar, Küchenausstattung dürftig,
