Heizung war aus und wurde erst auf Nachfrage angeschaltet; Ausstattung der Küche wäre verbesserungswürdig (man musste oft spülen, nachhaltig wäre, wenn es etwas mehr Geschirr und Besteck geben würde); Der Toaster funktioniert nicht mehr richtig (Empfehlung: erhöhtes Sicherheitsrisiko, sollte ersetzt werden); Matratzen waren sehr weich; Handtücher und Bettzeug waren fleckig;

The lockbox was right at the front door and opened easily with the code we received shortly before our arrival time.

Great location, nice appartment, good value for money.
I had quite a bit of trouble getting the code for the lockbox containing the keys. Called and mailed repeatedly the days before arrival before finally getting things fixed. Also there is no place to store luggage for the arrival/departure day, and you also cannot use the skiroom, which means you are left out in the cold with all your luggage. This is unacceptable. No reception, everything is outsourced, it felt like the owner just wants the money, without spending any time/effort.
