The architecture and decore both inside and outside were outstanding! Pictures don't do it justice! It is convenient to Volcano National Park and to the best restaurant around, Kilauea Lodge and Restaurant! You can't help but relax in such a beautiful and serene environment.

Hale Ho'okipa is a gorgeous, thoughtful, pristine, well-appointed mountain cabin with a perfectly chosen name. It fit well with the gorgeous tropical mountain fauna & terrain but was completely up to date with all the needed amenities. We lacked for nothing! And the location [so close to Mt. Kilauea] just couldn't be beaten.
