Die Wohnung war angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lebensmittel) fußläufig erreichbar.
Das Geschirr/Besteck war sehr knapp bemessen, die Zimmer waren sehr unterschiedlich eingerichtet (von begehbarem Kleiderschrank bis zu Wäschestange) was sehr wahllos wirkte. Bei Vollbelegung müssen z.B. für gemeinsame Essen Stühle aus anderen Räumen geholt werden.
