Good communication with the host. Easy and uncomplicated access. Beautiful, large, modern flat. Fully equipped kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, balcony, conservatory, aircon. Very comfortable beds. Huge screen. All in one: Good value for money.
Parking can be a bit tricky.

First the host and family are absolutely wonderful people. Excellent communication, flexibility, explaining things, also just very upbeat and positive.
The apartment itself should be used for demonstration on how to setup such accommodations. We are unique in some ways, our children do school online every morning, I am retired and go in waves of working on various projects to keep my brain exercised. Table or desk space is almost always an issue, not here. It is a remote workers paradise. Big desk in the living room and the TV is huge… seriously huge. Awesome watching F1 on it. The boys each had a table, plus we still had the kitchen table and chairs. Washer and dryer which is great for cold months, shower is fantastic. Kitchen is highly functional and has everything you need in good shape. The location is absolutely perfect if you are doing most things on foot, we don’t drive so that is very important. In terms of price, value, quality formula without question perfect.
Book with confidence, you will be happy you did.
This is NOT a negative, just a heads up. His units are popular for good reason, you need a place book it. I hesitated and the second week wasn’t available.
