Boravak u ovom stanu je bio zaista prijatan i komforan. Stan se nalazi na idealnoj lokaciji, sve je blizu i lako dostupno, a pogled sa terase je prelep. Ceo prostor ima toplu i ušuškanu atmosferu. Posebno bih želeo da pohvalim gospodju koja mi je ljubazno odgovarala na sva pitanja putem poruka, kao i njenog sina koji me je docekao, pokazao stan i objasnio sve neophodne stvari. Zaista su profesionalni, korektni i veoma ljubazni.
Sve preporuke i rado bih ponovo odseo ovde!

This is our favorite apartment in Belgrade. First of all, the name is 100% true: every important attraction is no more than a few stops away by public transport, whether it's the Tito Museum, the Church of Saint Sava, or Kalemegdan (from Kalemegdan you can actually walk, because the whole area where the apartment is located, is really nice and quite interesting ), so the location is truly perfect.
At the same time, the street itself is quiet for the city center; it's peaceful, and right around the corner there's a grocery store, exchange offices, pleasant cafes, and everything you need.
The apartment itself is simply stunning. It's spacious, beautiful, bright, and lovingly furnished. Both the hallway and the rooms have paintings that add personal touch. The furniture isn't new, but it's all in good condition, and honestly, we prefer it to the bland Ikea pieces. The fold-out sofas in the living room and bedroom are incredibly comfortable! We also loved the different lighting options, such as the very practical large floor lamp in the living room.
Regarding the layout: there's a large living room with access to the kitchen. The living room is separated from the kitchen by a sliding wooden divider curtain, which looks very stylish and provides convenient zoning. The kitchen also has access to the balcony, and there's also a separate bedroom next to the bathroom. The hallway is also spacious and comfortable, and the rooms are arranged so that even three people can coexist without disturbing each other.
Every detail in this apartment is simply lovely, even the towels were beautiful colors! The dishes were very cute, the tablecloths, and everything else. There's an indescribable charm and a sense of happiness there, and I guess it's due to the owner, who is simply a wonderful person. He's very kind and welcoming, and speaks excellent Russian.

Very good location, parking available inside the building courtyard although it can get preety packed and no guarantee you'll be able to find a spot. We were delayed in arriving and the host very kindly accommodated us, and gave us tips on public transport, sights, etc he is a real character
Sewage from above leaks into the windowless bathroom, and the smell is nasty. Very old towels that smell bad the moment water touches them. Both were quite unexpected as the reviews are great, I would never book again unless that was taken care of.
