Completely renovated apartment a few steps from the sea, in the center of Nervi, an elegant residential district of Genoa.
The apartment, typical Genoese, located on the second floor without an elevator, opens onto the open-plan living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, cabinet with TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed equipped with an orthopedic mattress, a dresser, and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.
*Pets are not allowed.
Amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, and heating are available in the accommodation.
