Welcome to the Tranquil Teal Retreat. We hope you can relax and enjoy this newly renovated home centrally located in Killeen in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The house is centrally located between Killeen and Fort Hood. Our three bedroom, two bath house offers plenty of room for larger groups and families but still feels cozy for intimate small gatherings. Our home has full-sized appliances, including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dish ware for 6. High-speed Internet is included.

The Space:
This cozy one-story house features a large living room, a fully stocked open kitchen and dining area, with in unit washer and dryer. The house has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin-sized beds. Both bathrooms include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and fresh linens. Enjoy our new fully fenced in backyard and large patio area for family gatherings.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete and exclusive access to the house, with the exception of one locked closet. The guest will access the house using a Yale smart lock that is located on the front door. There, you will enter your access code to enter the property. This property is also Pet Friendly, with a fully fenced-in backyard. The driveway offers enough room for three vehicles. There is room for additional parking on the street in front of the house. Please do not park in the grass or blocking the sidewalk.

Quiet family friendly neighborhood with very friendly neighbors

Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is preferred, though the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place, making it easy to travel around Killeen and Fort Hood by car.

Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible check-ins and latest possible checkouts, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff, and we appreciate your cooperation

Interaction with Guests:
Check-In is self-guided, and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our host team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!

Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
