Disney Sparkling Pool Large Vaca home

The house was really nice just a comment add more chairs to the dinning I hope stay here again for our next visit

Cozy little place in a good location. Quiet time is from 9pm-8am but that was fine for our group. Could use some minor repairs and updates. Had one issue that was handled quickly with the owner. She is easy to contact and very nice. It’s about an hour from everything except Disney which is about 30 minutes away but that’s LA traffic. Overall I would stay here again.

Had everything we needed and was clean

Overall this was a good property, beds were very comfortable and we had a nice stay here. There are a few things which let this down, easy fixes which could make this property a great one. In fairness to the owner, I didn't make contact to give them a chance to fix - none of the issues were 'biggies', but have listed the main ones below; -We woke up at sunrise, every day - a simple fix would be black out blinds. Horizontal blinds or curtains that don't meet in the middle didn't cut it and I don't want to be up early every day of my holiday-small plates - there were only 3, we were a party of 5...-sink in main bathroom didn't drain properly, and when it did, drained into the cupboard under the sink which flowed out of the doors and onto the floor. This must've been noticed by whoever cleaned the sink prior to our arrival-Pool - now it was cold, which we expected in April, but we still wanted to use it, but it was full of dead insects and had a dirty film across the top-again expected for an outdoor pool. But both the nets were so torn it was pointless having them, so we couldn't even clean to useTVs - there were a total of 3 remotes and a fire stick, none of them worked. One didn't even have batteries in. -The projector couldn't connect to anything - nothing could be used-it would be useful to have a user manual for the property, when to put bins out, how to use projector etc None of these issues were showstoppers but annoying as easy & inexpensive to fix
