About this cabin rental
Situated atop a ridge in the Ouachita National Forest, is the luxurious, secluded, and rustic Wolf Ridge Lodge awaiting your arrival.
Wolf Ridge Lodge is located in Mena, AR and just 1.7 miles from the Wolf Pen Gap’s East Trailhead entrance. This beautiful, authentic log cabin sits on 10 very private acres. The cabin has just undergone a $125k update to please the discriminating traveler seeking a “cabin in the woods” vacation. This is a great place for couples seeking a romantic getaway. We just added a large hot tub for those cool nights!
Upon entering, you will notice the cozy living area with fireplace to help relax and warm up those cool nights.
The kitchen features all new appliances (stove, refrigerator and microwave), dishes, pots and pans, glassware, baking dishes and accessories needed to cook a full meal. There is also a full-stocked coffee bar with both Keurig and regular options to help start your day. You will also notice the newly installed hand-chiseled granite countertops.
The master bedroom features hand-made pine furniture, plush pillow-top mattress and luxury cabin-style bedding and linens. There is also a 43” smart with tv and a DVD player.
The recently remodeled bathroom is just outside of the main bedroom on the first floor and features a walk in shower. Luxury linens, soaps and hairdryer are provided.
There are also laundry facilities with a full-size washer and dryer if needed.
Just off of the living room area, you will find stairs leading you to a loft featuring a queen bed with pillow top mattress. You will also find a large living area with 58” smart tv, dvd player and over 200 movies for those quiet evenings. We have also stocked several popular games for additional fun!
The sofa in the loft area turns into a queen bed to accommodate extra guests. There is also a desk area in case you are inspired to write or need to get some work done while you are away.
Please note: Cellular service is very limited here so we have included satellite internet with Wi-Fi to help keep you connected.
Outside, there is a large front porch with rocking chairs to help you relax and enjoy your morning coffee. You will also find a large deck with patio furniture, large hot tub and TV to enjoy nature. There is also a large fire pit area to help warm up those cool nights and enjoy the fresh mountain air. If you are a stargazer, you will love the views here on clear evenings. There is also a weber charcoal grill. Charcoal is supplied.
Parking: There is also ample room for parking ATVs and multiple vehicles.
Terrain: Due to the remote location and gravel/rocky roads, we suggest an SUV or Truck to reach this cabin. We would also suggest that you plan on arriving during daylight hours to help make the cabin easier to locate. We will send you a location pin, as well as detailed directions prior to your arrival.
Although we love our fur babies, we have deemed this a non-pet friendly cabin. Any violation of this will result in a full loss of your deposit immediate dismissal from the property.

We wish we never had to leave this place! Wolf Ridge Lodge is dreamy and peaceful…it has everything you need. The surroundings and views are beautiful. The location is totally secluded for a great, quiet getaway. Be aware that to reach the cabin a 4x4 is best to drive there. The cabin itself is beautifully decorated, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail felt intentional and welcoming. My favorite part was the deck—relaxing in the hot tub while watching TV outside was such a unique and luxurious touch. The campfire area was another highlight. There was plenty of firewood provided. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or stargazing at night, the whole property feels serene and magical.The kitchen is packed full of everything you need. It even has a crockpot which we used to make some delicious chili!The host was incredibly helpful and so friendly. He was quick to communicate and made sure we had everything we needed. His warmth and hospitality truly elevated our whole experience and we are so grateful.If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat surrounded by nature, this cabin is truly a gem. I can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return!

We absolutely LOVED our stay it was so peaceful, we were so relaxed. We have already recommended 2 of our friends to stay. Your cabin was exactly as you described, great water pressure in shower. Absolutely awesome

My family had a WONDERFUL time here. We stayed here back in 2020 and it was good then but now, with all the improvements, it’s FABULOUS!!! Secluded from everything and you can access the trails directly from the driveway. Highly recommend this one!
