Excellent property and just as beautiful in person as described. We stayed 4 nights, had plenty of room for all of us (2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 14). The private pool was what sold me on choosing this property. There are a lot of steps, so the previous reviews are correct, but it's worth it!Giorgia, the property manager was one of the best I have ever worked with. She was so quick to answer all my questions. She was very professional and offered contacts for our transfer from the train station, rides from town and a private captain who picked us up right at the base of our steps. This felt like concierge service.This was a dream vacation. After 3 nights in Venice, 3 nights in Rome, our final 4 nights of our Italian vacation were perfect at this villa. Thank you to Giorgia, Aldo and Fede for making our holiday epic!

Giorgia was amazing from start to finish! Villa was as described and well appointed. The views were unbelievable and pool was very refreshing at the end of a fun, hot day. We hope to be back one day soon!

A lot of steps but so worth the view. We walked into town every day which was a little sketchy with the narrow roads but it only took about 15 mins. I woukd say the location was great. The area down below by the ocean had some seating for a small family. Jumping off the rock, looking at the fish in the water, so much fun. The host was easily reachable. It was a little expensive getting Aldo's team to drive us to town. 20 euros each way. Very pleasant though. All and all, this place is a win.

This property has a beautiful view. From the ad, it appears to be a private, secluded place. I contacted VRBO to ask for a refund for 2 nights of our stay, as we were mislead when making the booking that each of the two houses were divided into 2 apartments because we wouldn’t have booked the property had we known it wasn’t completely private. The ad makes it appear there are 2 separate houses (nowhere did it say each house is divided into 2 apartments). VRBO advised me to reach out to the owner for a refund for those 2 nights but they never responded. The owner's nephew was there in the 2nd apartment of our home for 2 nights. The first morning we went to our "private pool" & they were there talking to the pool guy (bringing him coffee). During the stay they were extremely loud keeping us awake most of the night the first night. The property manager Giorgia was fantastic in every way. She gets 10 stars!
She reached out to both them & the owner multiple times. They did finally come apologize the 2nd night for the noise but it still continued to some extent. Giorgia was great in picking us up from the ferry, transporting us into town & giving fantastic recommendations of things to do & see. As far as the house, it is a beautiful place but a bit outdated. It's very roomy. The master bedroom mattress was so uncomfortable that after the 1st night we slept on the couch & loveseat the remainder of our stay. We didn't even bring this to Giorgia's attention because she already felt so bad about the noise issue & felt it reflected on her. The house was clean overall. The kitchen definitely needs to be updated & better equipped, as it's not just a few minute walk to a store. Also, it should be noted there are 60-80 steps to get in & out of property to the main road. So, an elderly or disabled person would have difficulty navigating this. We would definitely stay in another of Giorgia's properties that she manages, as she is a delight but this owner never addressed our concern regarding a refund for the 2 nights their nephew was there & we did not have privacy as the place is advertised.
