Wow: Get ready for the best slope views in Breck! Set just above Breckenridge, it’s a short drive (or in the winter, shuttle ride) to downtown Breckenridge and the ski area base. There are also two king bedroom suites with private bathrooms, so it’s perfect for two families to share. Throw in a private hot tub and sauna, and you’ve got a fantastic home for your group. Everyone will love it!
(Winter Shuttle Service: During ski season, there’s a shuttle stop 150 feet from the home. Take the shuttle to the Marriot Hotel on Columbine Rd. From there, it’s a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9.)
Sunrise Ridge Townhome is a 3-bedroom plus loft and den, 3.5-bathroom premium home with plenty of room for groups of up to 10. The main living area is a bright and airy, with large windows looking out on the entire Breckenridge Ski Area, a large corner couch, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. The inviting kitchen/dining area features beautiful marble counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the gear you’ll need to keep everyone happy and fed. The dining table seats eight, and there’s room for three at the counter. Just off the living area is a deck with your own hot tub, and the patio off the kitchen has a pellet grill for even more dining options!
Other amenities include a two-car garage plus an additional 2 outdoor parking spaces, an in-unit washer/dryer, and complementary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Like every Summit Mountain Rentals property, the home comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and it’s professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival.

We stayed here during our son's wedding and it fit our needs perfectly. We even hosted a dinner for the wedding party one evening, and I was grateful the kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed. Everything was clean and beautiful and overall, the property felt like a home away from home. We all enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful views. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our time at this condo! Spacious, well-appointed and amazing views! We loved using the hot tub and sauna. It was a great space for our family of 7 - we would love to stay here again!
