Appartamento situato a due passi dalla passeggiata, in una zona molto tranquilla, comodissimo per visitare Viareggio e Lido di Camaiore a piedi. Molto luminoso, i letti sono confortevoli, unico difetto forse i bagni un po' piccoli,ma erano puliti. Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto. L'oste e la portinaia sono stati molto simpatici e gentili, hanno risposto ai nostre domande molto rapidamente.

The location of this property is amazing! Close to the bus, beach and local shops. Offers great facilities such as a washing machine, full kitchen, and two bathrooms. Owner was very responsive and accommodating!

great location a couple of minutes walk to the sea. has its own closed parking. apartments, 2 levels. there are two small bathrooms. It's a pity that there is no stationary air conditioner, there is only a mobile air conditioner, but it is enough for only one room. In June 25th it was hot on the second level, we closed the curtains during the day and it helped. on the first level in the living room it was cool, well ventilated. We really liked that in the evening you could have dinner right on the terrace overlooking the sea. Also in the area there are many restaurants and cafes. The owner of the apartment was always in touch, a good guy. in general, there are many necessary things in the apartments: a good kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer. But there are moments that I will describe below
the refrigerator door was broken, but the refrigerator itself worked. The dishwasher did not work. There was no air conditioning. We washed our clothes once, but there was nothing to dry them on, it would be good to have a place to hang clothes after washing or the beach.

La giraffa sulla palazzina accanto.
Buona disponibilità di biancheria, asciugamani, coperte, tovaglie... tutto stropicciato però. Buona disposizione dei locali, mobili un pò..a caso.
La casa è adatta all' estate, non all'inverno perché poco coibentata e nonostante il riscaldamento attivo, c'erano correnti e spifferi fastidiosi. Pulizia appena sufficiente. Bagno 1 piano piccolo, piccolo. Cassetta acqua di scarico " ballerina" . Maniglia della porta d' ingresso dura da far scattare, porta con spifferi..Manca la manutenzione ordinaria.
