Accommodation description:
This detached chalet is located on a sunny slope with fantastic views over the cosy village of Niedernsill, right between the ski resorts of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg. Space and tranquillity are the key words for your holiday home . It can easily sleep 10 people. Both upstairs and downstairs have a living room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Wonderful, isn't it, if you are keen on your privacy, and can still enjoy a nice holiday together
In both summer and winter, Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday. In winter, you can reach Kaprun and Zell am See in just a few minutes by car. In summer you can enjoy the swimming lake, which is just 250 metres from the house - a perfect relaxation spot for hot days - and of course you can also enjoy all that the Hohe Tauern National Park has to offer: for example, the famous Krimml waterfalls (the highest in Europe), the Grossglockner Hochalpenstraße, the Kaprun reservoirs and, of course, the countless hiking and mountain biking opportunities. There are also 2 beautiful golf courses in the area
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
