Situated on the Seefeld/Tirol high plateau, it lies directly on a hiking trail in summer and a cross-country ski trail in winter, making it an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the Leutasch region. The Jausenalm restaurant is conveniently located on the ground floor. From December to March, guests enjoy free use of the cross-country skiing loops and receive a complimentary bus ticket. Between May and October, daily access to the Alpenbad in Leutasch is included for up to 4 hours.
