This penthouse is located on the third floor and is equipped for 4 people. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. On arrival we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you. There are two modern bathrooms in the penthouse. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower and sink. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable sitting area and a Smart TV with foreign channel. From the living room you also have access to the spacious terrace on the northeast with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture. The spacious, luxuriously fitted kitchen is equipped with comfortable built-in appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. There is room for your (electric) bicycles in the indoor storage room. There is one cot and one high chair available as standard. There are two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car at the Résidence Marina car park and at the marina's general car park. The charging station can be used against payment by means of a charging card.
