Next-door to Fairview Nature Park a beautiful 200 acre nature reserve, Talbert Nature Preserve & the Santa Ana River Trail. Being so close to the park we do have a company that sprays for bugs and traps mice around the whole property and most guests don't run into any problems but being so close to such a big park their is always a potential.
Bike/Walking paths, Restaurants, Shopping, South Coast Plaza [3.8 mi] Fashion Island [4.7 mi] Orange County Airport [4.8mi], LAX [39mi] OC Fairgrounds/Event Center [2.5 mi], Disneyland/Anaheim Convention Center[18 mi], Fwys and coastal routes.

Unique, cozy & clean; built into a ranch style house. Located on the borders of Newport & Huntington Beach. Next to Fairview Nature Park.

Access is via private front entrance near private front parking.

Situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood, offering a peaceful and serene environment for your stay. The property is right on the border of a sprawling 200-acre nature reserve, providing ample opportunities for outdoor activities and nature exploration.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for my family of 5. The beds were comfortable. The pullouts were not too bad. There were no blankets for the pullouts. I messaged the owners and got no response about it so we had to buy some blankets. Also the floor was a little dirty and one of the pullouts had sand on the mattress. The property was pretty dated and I heard rodents scurrying behind the walls.But I did like the location and the property was quiet and peaceful.

Overall good, washing machine didn't work but was able to use a different one on the property. No direct responses to questions via emails. It seemed like premade responses so didn't address my questions regarding where to park. Location for our events was good too.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood and great outdoor walking trails. The space was ideal with all amenities needed during our stay. Communication with our host was quick and easy, especially when we asked for extra support. Thank you for the peace of mind with easy check in and check out.
