This property is great, centrally located, very clean and accessible. Kitchen is fully stocked and very clean with great appliances which is important to me. Our family visited for our son's wedding and this spot is very close to Pismo Beach and Orcutt where the wedding was located. Hosts are awesome and very responsive.

The house was perfect as we stayed there the weekend of our son‘s wedding. The sun deck on top was lovely as we were able to see Wales spouting. We did find a used water bottle and Gatorade bottle under a couple of beds when we checked in, but otherwise it was pretty clean.

Great location but this place was quite dirty! Dust everywhere on the floor. Our 11 month old was covered in dirt. There is a rule to use the outside shower if you went to the beach, but the shower didn't work! Lastly, there was a constant beeping coming from the garage all day and night. We reached out to the management our first night and they never responded to our message. Our guests in the rooms downstairs near the garage had difficulty sleeping. Also this is random, but can opener could be found. C'mon, man!
