Great communication during the rental process. Owners met us on premises and took time to show us around and tell us about the area. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property.

Out stay was perfect. Nothing to complain. Nicole is a very nice host and welcomed us with some homemade goodies. The house is situatied in a absolutely calm area, just a few km away from Coutances and perfect sandy beaches, and located centrally e.g. to explore Cotentin, Mont Saint Michel, Granville or also Bayeux. If you look for a quiet spot in a typical Nomady farmhouse, we can fully recommend this one.

Firstly I would have to say that the photos of the house on the website do not do the place justice. It is much more modern and brighter than it appears.
We were only there for 3 days as a stopping off point on the way back to the UK.
Unfortunately the weather let us down, however Nicole immediately lit the log fire for us and it was a pleasure to find that the beds had already been made up.
We were only a couple, however she had made up both rooms. We had chosen to sleep in the room with the 2 single beds pushed together which gave us a bigger bed as the second room is just an ordinary double.
The kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of local information on areas of interest, walks and restaurants.
Her husband even came with breakfast of brioche each day and helped us with the heating.
When we left, there was nothing for us to do but to leave the key in the door.
I would certainly recommend the place for both short stopovers and longer stays as the house is very comfortable and there is room to eat outside. It is just a shame the weather prevented us from doing so.
Both Nicole and her husband who live nearby are on hand to help are very helpful gracious hosts.
