1/2 House. Sleeps 6. 2 Queen Beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. 2 dogs allowed. $25 per day per pet, 2 dog max. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Nestled under towering oak trees directly off FM 306 sits this one-of-a-kind hidden compound composed of 4 main dwellings. These homes may be rented separately or together. Great for family reunions, weddings, and corporate retreats. Multiple fire pits near the pool can be used by all guests on site. Pull up a chair, get the fire going and enjoy roasting some hot dogs or delicious smores. The inground pool is the ultimate relaxation after a long day. Take in the sunsets while enjoying a beverage and listening to the waterfall feature from the hot tub. And best of all you can bring your fur friends!!

You'll find America’s Favorite Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene Hall and Gruene Historic District, Wurstfest, Landa Park, Landa Park Golf Course and the Comal River tube chute. 10 minutes in the other direction you will find the famous “Horseshoe” on the Guadalupe River and Canyon Lake. Only 7 minutes to Whitewater Amphitheater. The only thing missing is you!

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

We needed a pet friendly, super accessible spot and were delighted by how incredibly clean things were. The back door is accessible by ramp. Watch the slope off to the edge if you have wobbly walkers. The bathroom toilet has no rails or nearby cabinet to help you get up (we scooted a stool from the kitchen in there and used it as a safety precaution). The shower was grippy and felt secure and was an easy step in. The grounds were excellent for walking our senior people and pets and the area is fenced from the road. We were very happy here. The only thing we missed was a dresser or somewhere to set luggage in the bedroom. We had to keep our things on one side of the bed, since we didn't want them on the floor (due to mobility issues).

We spent a long vacation here with the family. First of all the property is serene. You enter through an automated gate and immediately leave the hustle and bustle behind. The oak trees are amazing. The location was a great jumping off point to explore the hill country by day. Gruene is close, the Guadalupe horseshoe is close, whitewater amphitheater is close and there are tons of great restaurants to explore within a 10 minute drive. The house looks like it was just renovated and everything is brand new. The pool was still a little chilly in March but it was a great spot to wind up our day with a glass of wine we picked up at a nearby winery. There are multiple unique houses on the property and we are already thinking of coming back and hosting our family reunion. Amanda was an excellent host and had some great recommendations.
