Nähe zur Kunstakademie und zum See, sowie zu einigen Restaurants. Ruhig. Spiele und Lesebücher im Wohnzimmer. Gratis WLAN. Netter Balkon. Bank direkt unterhalb. Nachrichten werden schnell beantwortet.
Küche hat Basisausstattung. Wenn man eine Suppe kochen will, den Stabmixer mitbringen! Wir waren 3 Freundinnen mit jeder eine eigener Wohnung. Manche Wohnungen haben einen Mini-Backofen, andere eine Mikrowelle. Einen normalen Backofen ist nicht vorhanden. In einer Wohnung habe ich einen Geschirrspüler gesehen. Kein Fernseher. Zimmern sind alle im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Gästekarte nicht bekommen, aber dadurch dass, der See wegen Herbstwetter geschlossen war, habe ich es nicht gebraucht. Parkplatz hinter der Wohnung ist gering vorhanden.
