We have stayed at Atico Barcelona before and really like it , it suits the three of us, the space is great , the terrace is big with lovely mountain views...we will be booking again for June and September next year.

The terrace was fantastic, spacious and it felt "private".
The living room was fine as well, as were the bedrooms (despite there being no AC in them).
The kitchen is small and lacks an oven, but it’s functional. The stovetops are a bit slow (I suspect it’s a phase 2 connection, which means the heat doesn’t quite reach full power).
There is no internet, which is strange considering it’s the year 2025. Sure, I have my phone, but the mobile reception in the bedrooms/living room was poor due to the concrete walls blocking the signal. So if you plan to stay in this apartment and work, join meetings, or similar, choose another place, as this one does not have internet at home.
The neighbor upstairs has some kind of alarm system that reminds them to take medication, etc. so every morning (early) you get woken up by it, as Alexa or the alarm system is on maximum volume. This could sometimes go on for 30–60 minutes.
The cleaning could have been a bit better, but there were cleaning supplies available, so no problem there.

La ubicación está genial, en un lugar tranquilo a 5 min caminando de la playa, con tiendas, bares y supermercados cerca, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Facilidad para recoger las llaves y entregar en el mismo apartamento a la salida.
Quizás falte un poco de limpieza ( igual soy muy exquisito) la terraza estaba sucia, el resto del apartamento bien. Lo único que no es culpa del apartamento la vecina de arriba con su Alexa todas las mañanas despertandonos con que debía tomar la pastilla.

Tiene una terraza espectacular. Salón amplio. Cocina pequeña pero bien equipada, en general utensilios de cocina basicos suficientes, no tiene horno. Tienen secador en el baño. No hay ruidos, bastante tranquilo. Apartamento bastante limpio.
En la zona hay de todo. Muy bien ubucado.
Solo dejan una toalla de ducha por persona en una estancia de 3 noches, en invierno no secan tan rápido, recomendaria que dejarán alguna más o alguna toalla de lavabo, solo había una para todos.
Uno de los nordicos no tenía funda y tenía manchas.
Hemos estado bien, cómodos y tranquilos.
