In a great location, this hideaway boasts excellent access to the city of York, the lovely spa town of Harrogate, and is also within easy reach of the coast.
Curated over two floors, the open-plan living accommodation feels spacious with vast vaulted ceilings and french doors opening out into the garden. The barn is flooded with light, and has cosy underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The large kitchen has been kitted out with high quality appliances, granite worktops, limestone flooring, electric range oven, plus a kitchen island with sit up bar area - perfect whilst cooking up a feast for family or friends to enjoy. Step up into the impressive open-plan sitting and dining area where evenings can be spent playing a board game or two before retiring upstairs to one of the two delightful bedrooms. The king-size master bedroom boasts an expansive feature window framing the countryside that surrounds the barn. The second bedroom can be made up as either a king-size bed or twin single beds - ideal for younger guests or friends joining you in your hideaway. Both rooms are complimented by a luxury family bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and large walk-in shower.
Returning to the ground floor, the french doors lead out to the huge garden mainly laid to lawn, and a patio area offers the perfect opportunity for a summer barbecue.
