Due to local ordinances, any private docks and boat slips on Beaver Lake are not available in any capacity for guest use. Any activity on the dock is strictly prohibited.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The way the house is set up is great! Lots of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. All the kitchen amenities were appreciated and enough parking for boat trailers at this location. We had a great time!

We brought 4 families for a family vacation. We loved the layout of the home and had plenty of space. It was nice for adults to hang out upstairs and kids to play in the basement space, and we felt comfortable all together for meals. We loved the area and being on the lake. We rented a boat, spent time at beaches at Lost Bridge, had huge ice cream cones at the Garfield gas station, and explored Eureka Springs. Only would’ve liked a heads up about the steep gravel driveway. Otherwise we had a great stay!

Very clean home in a quiet area with a great deep water cove with little boat traffic. It has obviously been attended and decorated with care. It is a lovely place. Cove shoreline was not too brushy or cluttered with big obstacles or rocks as is sometimes the case in a cove area. It is a steep walk down to the lake, so bring sturdy walking/water shoes. Bring wasp spray for porches and a 4 wheel drive to get up and down the long steep dirt drive.

We really enjoyed our stay. If we had questions all I did was call and I received help on the spot. Small things like vacuuming the furniture and it needed a broom and dust pan. Nothing to dramatic. It was in Garfield Arkansas so 35 minutes to Eureka where we enjoyed the gray Passion play and holy land tour. And touring the shops. Also 15 minutes to Roaring River state park where we toured trout Hatchery and did some picnicking and trout fishing. Also made a note not too far from Branson either. Do that next time. Excellent choice for my family. I recommend it.
