Great house! The place was SPOTLESSLY clean. House was well stocked with anything we could have needed. Beautiful view from the deck. We saw deer and wild turkeys. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at your house on the river! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view was so peaceful! The family really enjoyed fishing and the set-up even allowed a toddler to run around and play in the backyard! Everything was very spacious for us and we had everything we needed! Thank you so much for your hospitality and thank you for the special treats upon arrival!

I give this property two separate ratings: 1) The house including the layout, cleanliness, deck, view, etc was a 10. The description about this property is spot on and the owner did a nice job of adding important features like solid doors and locks, newer appliances, very clean, sturdy and huge deck and providing a very livable house. 2) The location rates a 2. Some people may not be bothered by traffic noise but we were looking for a tranquil, peaceful and quiet place to unwind. Because a major two lane road flows right in front of the house there is almost a constant stream of cars going by. When you're on the deck, you hear every car and truck. If you have friends there with lots of chatter this may not be a big deal. If you're wanting to feel like you're "in nature", the traffic noise will ruin that feeling. Overall, a nice house to rent with beautiful views just not a quiet place to relax.
