About this apartment rental
This modern apartment is only a short walk to Estepona marina. It offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a spacious balcony with lovely views for alfresco dining, perfect for families due to the location and its amenities. In the master bedroom, with its king size bed (160x200cm) and plenty of wardrobe space, you'll find the en-suite bathroom with its modern feel and white suite comprising of bath with hand-held shower, hand basin, WC and bidet. The second bedroom has two single beds (90x190cm) and the third bedroom has one single bed that uses the family shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The kitchen has all mod cons, including a dishwasher, three ring cooking hob, oven and microwave. There is also a separate laundry area with washing machine. On the south-west facing balcony you’ll find a dining set for four guests surrounded by glass panels to make it feel even more spacious. The lounge comprises of a dining table with six chairs, a comfortable three seater sofa, two extra sofa chairs and a flat screen television with its international multi-channel system, offering British, French, Dutch, German and Scandinavian languages including Sky. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with a new and efficient central system and has a high-speed fibre optic internet connection for your use. Within the urbanisation of Puerto Blanco, you'll find the large community swimming pool only a short walk from the property (around 250m). A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.

Nice flat, great view, super location. The agency (Time in Spain) was super responsive and nice.
The cleanliness of some things could be improved (dishes/pots were not 100% clean and are rather pieced together, the cushions on the balcony chairs were very greasy/stained, the potholders were greasy and fray. The white leather couch in the living room is stained.
