NUMBER 5 - THE OVERLOOK! The name speaks for itself, as it "Overlooks" the beautiful rolling acres of Hocking Hills, Ohio. There was no other name that seemed to fit. The design of this home is much like a beach house in the sense that we’ve placed the kitchen and all the living area onto the second floor so that it is elevated and has the best views. On the first floor are the bedrooms, laundry room, and access to the outdoor fire pit.
The Overlook features 3 bedrooms (one a bunk room), 1.5 baths, and a hot tub. It is enough space to host 7-8 people.
INSIDE HIGHLIGHTS:
Three bedrooms; 1 queen size bed with lofted twinXL above & 2 full size beds
One full bathroom & One half bathroom
Gas fireplace
Full kitchen stocked with cookware & serving dishes
Washer and dryer
Air mattress (queen) available
The Overlook is the second Box Hop build that was completed on the 75 acres (a different parcel than the original 3 box hops). The house it tucked right up beside a cliff face and at one of the highest points near the entrance of the property. As you wind into the beautiful scenery of the 75 acres, you immediately start the climb to the Overlook.
We have created trail maps so that you are welcome to hike the property and find all the treasures it beholds. There are rock cliffs, caves, crevasses and even a large waterfall just steps away from the front door.

Pet Policy: we allow up to 2 dogs at this property. Tenant shall remit to Host a pet fee in the amount of One hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) for pet(s) on the Premises, which is due and payable at the same time and by the same method as Tenant’s payment of Rent. We ask that you keep your dogs off of furniture, don't leave them unattended at the house and clean up any waste.

The Overlook is great for a family, with multiple bedrooms, awesome kitchen and dining table, couches, fire pit, and 2nd floor deck. The place was clean, the location super-convenient, and amenities are great.

The Overlook itself it stunning. It's much larger than we anticipated. Our boys loved the lofted bunk bed. Seth and Lauren were responsive to all of our needs. Will be staying again for sure!

Relaxing and great views. Everything we needed to get in some wonderful hikes and kick back at the end of the day. Possibly the softest towels I have ever felt. My son loved the tub! We're already talking about taking another trip and trying another Box.
