- A fully equipped kitchenette
- Toilet with washbasin
On the first floor:
- A room with two single beds in 90 (duvets)
- A bathroom with shower/wc
Outside:
- A small enclosed garden with terrace equipped with a garden furniture, sun loungers and umbrella
- Free parking on residence visitor parking
Please note :
- No WIFI. Possibility to rent a mini-box Wifi = 39 €/week or 6 €/day
- Electricity extra on the meter reading from 1/1 to 4/05 and from 19/10 to 31/12: cost per kwh according to EDF base in force
- Bed and toilet linen not provided - Possibility of rental (€16/set of sheets; €19/set of duvet cover; set of towels: 2 towels, 2 bath towels, 2 dish towels, 1 bath mat: €20, or possibility per unit).
- Pets allowed with a supplement of €28/pet/week (including short stay)
- Departure cleaning to be done by the tenant or possibility to book a cleaning package: 60 €
