The place is great, well-built and kept very clean. Close to everything that you need - train, ski trails, restaurants and groceries.The arrival process was unclear at first but quickly resolved by the host's agency.

Pros: Perfect location for Seefeld Langlauf and Gschwandtkopf ski piste and for local buses to Roshütte ski and Leutaschtal/Wildmoos areas. Great snow and weather, but sadly this cannot be garanteed :). Small but comfortable and cosy flat with good views over the Wetterstein mountains. Nice spacious bathroom. Integrated public transport very much appreciated - no need for a car.
Cons: (Very Minor irritations only:
Heating (radiator) control was under the window bench and required gymnastics to get to it... and no timer facility.
Lighting a bit chaotic and definitely too weak in connecting area containing cupboards and clothes storage.
Shortage of knives and forks; everything else, crockery etc in very good supply)
