This 2-story home is situated on an oversized lot with fully fenced in backyard for added guest privacy.

Upon entrance, you are warmly greeted by a carpeted living room with large leather sofas next to a formal dining area. There is also a second living area with a huge 65” TV - perfect for small gatherings with friends and family. Curl up and watch shows on the 70-inch smart TV while catching up with friends - or head over to the compact kitchen and whip up your favorite meal.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops and a center island that compliments the space. It also features professional-grade appliances including a newly installed second oven. There is a pantry where you can pack supplies during your stay and the dining area offers the perfect balance for casual and formal entertaining alike.
Sleep in a nice queen-sized bed in our downstairs bedroom. A walk-in closet, a dresser, and television are all included in the room. The other three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs. The first bedroom has a California King bed, a walk-in closet for your belongings, a large fan, a dresser, and a TV. The second and third bedrooms upstairs both have queen beds, a walk-in closet, a television and a dresser. A private bathroom with a shower and a standard bathtub is included upstairs as well. We came to Fontana for a family gathering in Rancho Cucamonga. We enjoyed our two night stay at this house very much. Our host was very responsive with accommodating requests, and the house itself was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is safe, and we felt very comfortable the entire time. Upon arriving to the property there is a horrible stench. The smell is very nauseating & should be addressed. The listing shows 4 bedrooms but there are 5. The fifth one is locked. That should’ve been disclosed in the listing because the whole time we felt very uncomfortable not knowing who/what was in the room. The place was VERY FILTHY. The downstairs bathroom rug reeked of pee. The refrigerator had dead flies in it. The washing machine had something nasty stuck to the inside door. The upstairs shower curtain liner was beyond nasty & when I tried to contact the owner about it, he never responded. The upstairs toilet seat is also cracked so every time we sat on it, it pinched our skin. So we stopped using it, leaving only the downstairs toilet the only usable toilet. The sink had a very nasty, smelly sponge to wash dishes with. There was cobwebs everywhere. I spent $50 just on cleaning supplies & laundry stuff because none of that was available on the property. The Tide that is provided is full of water. Every time you contact the owner he wants pictures of whatever you’re referring to. This was my first trip on Vrbo so I’m not familiar with how to send pictures in the chat, but regardless I feel like if I’m telling you something is wrong, I shouldn’t have to prove it to you before you’re willing to fix it. Overall the place has potential but I wouldn’t stay here again.
Side note: For any future guests, the shower knobs are backwards and there’s a camera upstairs watching u
