Modern holiday apartment in Lopar with sea view - ideal for families with children
This well-maintained holiday apartment on the first floor of a quiet house in Lopar on the island of Rab offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the sea on 40 m². The apartment is ideally suited for families with up to two children and is only about 50 metres from the magnificent sandy beach.
The accommodation consists of two bedrooms - one with a comfortable double bed, the other with two single beds - a bathroom with a shower as well as a well-equipped kitchen with dining area. A highlight is the private, covered terrace with (partial) sea view - here you can relax, have breakfast or let the day end comfortably.
The apartment is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, satellite TV and a ceiling fan in the main bedroom. A communal washing machine is available for your laundry (usage for a fee). The furnishings are simple but functional and well-maintained - just right for relaxed holiday days without unnecessary luxury.
Please note: The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people. A fifth person may only be brought along if it is a small child who sleeps together in the parents' bed - an additional bed cannot be provided.
The house itself has six independent holiday apartments, each with a separate entrance. On the ground floor, a large communal terrace with a barbecue area is available to all guests.
Lopar is known for its 22 sandy beaches and many small, protected bays. Within walking distance, you will find everything you need for daily needs: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and much more. The area also offers numerous leisure activities such as windsurfing, kayaking, jet skiing, boat trips, or the popular summer festival Rabska Fjera.
