Terrace with garden accessories ideal for relaxing. -Interior: 120 m2, closed entrance hall, living room with Scandinavian stove and dining area -Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 beds side by side (90/200) with private bathroom & WC, 3 bedrooms with x 2 beds (4x 90/200 and2x 90/210). -Sanitary facilities: 1 private bathroom & toilet (renovation 2025) with washing machine and dryer, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet. On the 1st floor -Kitchen: open, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, fondue and raclette set. -Miscellaneous: Cable TV, WiFi, PA speaker, pets not allowed, table tennis, non-smoking, 3 private parking spaces at the foot of the cottage and a charging station for electric car, electric heating, local with a "heated boot dryer". A ski locker available at the foot of the funicular. - Possibility to rent in addition to the chalet UPPER AVIARY: Studio LOWER AVIARY. -Outside: studio on the ground floor with lawn. -Interior: 40 m2, living room with a sofa bed "2pers" (160/200) with 2 1-seater duvets, dining area. -Bedroom: 1 bedroom with bunk bed (2x 90/200) with toilet and washbasin. -Sanitary facilities: recently renovated (2024), 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. -Kitchen: newly renovated (2024), open, mini cooker, fridge, microwave + combi oven, fondue and raclette set. -Miscellaneous: WiFi, pets not allowed, non-smoking, electric heating. -NOTE: all beds are equipped with single duvets (standard dimensions 140x200 cm).
