Nothing it was perfect for me and my family

The owner and the accomodation keepers were exceptionally good. The accomodation was cheap and had all facilities. I requested the owner to arrange an Iron and he/she arranged it out of the way I will rate my stay 10/10 in all aspects✌🏻😍

New, clean and fresh, nicely furnished, cozy apartment in a quiet area. There is everything what is needed for a comfortable stay of a complete 4-member family (all kitchen appliances, hairdryer, washing machine, toiletries, bedsheets, blankets, enough towels). Clear, efficient and timely communication with the host at all times (although we did not see each other), precise written instructions how to get the keys from a coded keybox and even video instructions how to access the apartment. No deposit asked, reasonable cleaning fee. Very nice and affordable Italian restaurant a couple of minutes from the apartment (in the same street). The apartment itself is within walking distance (around 900m) from the train station to Paris Gare de l'Est (RER line A, 2 stops, takes around 20-something minutes).

In spite of all efforts and assistance from the host, we couldn't connect to WiFi network.

Le logement était beau spacieux

Le logement était sale du à des travaux effectués certainement avant mon arrivée, la télécommande ne fonctionnait donc impossible d’allumer la tv car pas de bouton direct je l’ai signalé et personne n’est jamais venu. Le numéro sur l’annonce n’est pas celui qui vous contacte j’ai l’impression d’avoir eu affaire à un robot. Quand j’ai demandé une prolongation ils m’ont dis que c’est pas la peine de passer par booking et m’ont demandé plus cher que sur booking. J’ai payé une taxe lors de la réservation et j’ai du payer une nouvelle taxe pour accéder au logement en plus d’une caution de 150 que je devais récupérer 7 jours après et que j’ai récupérer presque 3 semaine après. La personne que j’ai eu au téléphone est pas du tout agréable et est la uniquement pour son argent il faut payer mais quand on indique un problème dans le logement on nous dis qu’on fera intervenir une tiers personne et personne ne vient.
