L'emplacement du studio proche du métro, restaurants et boulangerie est idéal. Le studio est lumineux et agréable. Le propriétaire donne des informations claires lors de l'arrivée est reste disponible.
Une bouilloire à disposition aurait été agréable (chauffer au micro-ondes a été une solution). Un porte-manteau à l'entrée aurait été utile (une chaise a fait l'affaire). A noter qu'il n'y a pas d’ascenseur, mais la montée avec escaliers est authentique des immeubles parisiens.

Bon emplacement, transports en commun et commerces à proximité. Accès facile (boîte à clefs).
Rue un peu bruyante, mais calme en soirée. Le descriptif annonce une bouilloire que je n'ai pas trouvée, mais la cuisine est correctement équipée.
