Pulizia scrupolosa dell'appartamento, con interventi dell'host durante il soggiorno (sempre molto gentile e disponibile); possibilità di utilizzare sdraio e ombrellone per stare all'aperto; ottimo equilibrio tra arredi tradizionali e comfort moderni; comoda posizione per molte escursioni in Valtournenche (es. Lago di Cignana) e con possibilità di partire per alcuni trekking direttamente dall'appartamento; alloggio estremamente silenzioso; buona dotazione di forniture domestiche (utensili, prodotti bagno, prodotti cucina, prese elettriche); doccia molto spaziosa.
Parcheggio non sempre assicurato (comunque reperibile nelle vicinanze utilizzando i parcheggi pubblici a breve distanza e possibilità di avvicinarsi con la macchina per scaricare i bagagli)
