Schöne ruhige Lage, Wohnung sauber, Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, es stimmte alles

Lage toll, Größe gut, Einrichtung schön, Parkplatz vor Haus. Lage vor allem gut, da man zu Fuß zum Königssee kann. Achtung: Polizisten verteilen auch an Feiertagen Strafzettel und zwar reichlich, wir haben eine Reihe mit 15 falsch parkenden Autos gesehen, und alle waren am Morgen vom Ostermontag mit Strafzettel versehen.
Platzierung von Lüftung und Rauchmelder etwas problematisch, wenn man anbrät => für Anbraten (nicht für Kochen) alle Fenster aufmachen, insbesondere Dachfenster Damit nachts bei Regen nicht möglich, denn Risiko Nachbarn durch Rauchmelder zu wecken zu hoch. Aber mit offenen Fenstern funktioniert es.
