Edenfield House is a stunning Scottish Manor House, steeped in history and dating back to the 1600s. Situated in substantial private gardens, it is located on the east coast of Scotland just 15 minutes from the historic town of St Andrews, famous for its golf courses and links to the British royal family and a 40 minute drive from Edinburgh. The beautiful fishing villages of the East Neuk of Fife are also close by. The property boasts 6 large bedrooms to accommodate at least 12 people making it the ideal location for large family gatherings or a get together for friends. There are 3 reception rooms, a beautiful conservatory and large dining kitchen complete with Aga. There is an on-site bar in a converted outhouse and gym equipment also available.

Such an amazing property, don't think the listing does it justice! We had 11 friends and a dog together for the weekend and the house was just fantastic. So much room inside with everything very well equipped. The outside space was amazing, a group sports day was hosted outside and the hot tub was thoroughly used. We will definitely be back!

Excellent house for a group of family or friends to get together. Lots of space to move around and not be on top of each other, there was 8 adults and 2 kids in our party, age range 2 - 88. Most relaxing holiday, went out walking had fun in garden with kids playing football and using the hot tub.

Beautiful house. Absolutely huge. Pics don't do it justice. Gilly was excellent and organised a table for us to eat round and a chef to come in and cook a brilliant meal. The hot tub was great as was the wee bar. Only thing i would change would be to have the first sitting room as a dining room as there are still another sitting room, a snug and a conservatory. Overall though a brilliant stay.
