This Stunning new Executive 2 bedroom/2-bath contemporary home is nestled in prestigious North Saanich. Perfect for the outdoor enthusiast, surrounded by majestic trees, & trails all within walking distance. The Interior will impress. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, spa-like bathroom. The Master bedroom opens your private patio/hot tub. downstairs includes a movie theatre, billiards, wet bar, Laundry, computer & washroom. 5 mins to the ferry, 15 mins to the airport, 20 mins to Victoria.

Denis & Cathy have presented this immaculate home with attention to detail in every room! The amenities and extras was above and beyond! We will for sure have this place on our top 10!!

Impeccable property. Not mobility friendly. Limited kitchen tools. Great for family with teens who would love the theatre/playroom; not ideal for 2 couples as 2nd bathroom is in basement (steep stairs). BBQ no longer available. Lovely patio (no view); very steep driveway and many stairs to cottage. Perfect to relax, unwind and slow the pace. Owners on premises and very friendly.

We had an amazing stay here! The place was spotless upon arrival. The amenities were excellent and the hosts were quick to respond when we had questions. We hope to come back again!
