You will be welcomed by the friendly Sherlock, a friendly and lovable Golden Retriever, as well as the owner of the entire villa, from whom this cute and comfortable apartment takes its name.

Outside there is a small paved area equipped with awning, table and chairs which also constitutes the entrance area.

It is in fact surrounded by a pleasant garden of another property, with fruit trees, despite being just a few hundred meters from the centre, therefore offering relaxation without losing sight of comfort. The parking space is certainly a further added value to this proposal, given the proximity of the sea.
Easily reachable: railway station, motorway, tourist port of Lavagna, from which numerous trips to the 5 Terre and Portofino depart in the summer season. The Ligurian Riviera also offers countless trekking routes in the hinterland but also on the sea, and the possibility of various cycle routes.
