About this house rental

Very modern chalet "Diamondsky", 1'600 m a.s.l., detached, built in 2022, surrounded by meadows. In the district of Kliening, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 400 m from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. Private: natural state property. In the house: with TV, WiFi, hot tub, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bumpy motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Grocery 15 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Bad St. Leonhard Moosweg (West)" 15.2 km, lake Längssee 35 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, chair lift 450 m, slopes, ski rental 200 m. Nearby attractions: Sommerrodelbahn Klippitztörl 2 km, Klettergarten 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Längssee 35 km, Klopeinersee 60 km. Hiking paths: Koralm, Saualm, Lavantaler Alpen. Please note: car recommended. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Self-service machine for food and everyday necessities in 500m. Due to the geographical location on the mountain, Internet reception cannot be guaranteed continuously and is heavily dependent on the weather.
4-room chalet 100 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Spacious and bright, modern and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall with separate WC. Open large living/dining room with international TV channels. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom 15 m2. Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms 15 m2 with bathroom, hand-basin, hydro massage bath and electric heating. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (toaster, kettle, grill, electric coffee machine). Marvellous distant view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at 20 m. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. Due to the geographic location, continuous internet access cannot be guaranteed.
