This two-story town home is on the second floor, nestled above popular restaurants and delightful shops, and is accessible via a secured stairway or elevator either from the garage or entrances outside of the building. If you have additional vehicles you will have to find street parking, as parking in the exterior lot is strictly for Duval Square Mall patrons per the HOA. If you choose to rent mopeds or electric carts, please be sure they all fit in your parking space in the garage. There are bicycle parking racks both inside the garage and outside of the building. New impact windows and doors.

I regret having missed this jewel of a condo after spending time at other sites in Old Town. This place is great. 15 steps to the pool. Great overview of Duval St for parades and people watching. Premium protected garage parking is a huge plus. Location,location,location!!!! We'll be back.

Excellent location with all the amenities you could want. Eddy was extremely responsive and very helpful for the few questions we had for him. Definitely recommend this spot!

This condo was absolutely beautiful and in a great location. Close to everything. The owner was very communitive with any questions we had. Will definitely rent again next time we are in the area.
