About this cabin rental

Gorgeous 7 bedroom mountain lake retreat cabin boasting lovely views, boat dock, back-yard lake access, large deck, fire pit overlooking the lake and a private hot tub.

This new cabin is spacious and inviting. Guests are welcomed into a large living area with high ceilings and windows that offer a full view of the beauty of the lake and mountains. An attractive floor to ceiling stone hearth, with a gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable seating, creates a cozy atmosphere anytime.

Whether you are set to have your family vacation in winter, spring, summer or fall, there is something to do year-round while staying at this amazing lakeside retreat!

The lake front cabin is accessible year-round and is just a few miles from the town of Donnelly.

With 7 large bedrooms (2 main floor master suites) and 4 1/2 bathrooms, this home was designed for families or large groups. This lakeside home includes a private swimming dock and room for 2 docked boats. After a day in the lake warm up at the custom fire pit with amazing sun-set views over the mountains. There is a large outside deck with ample seating, a smoker and a large propane grill. Below the deck you`ll find a private hot tub tucked away with gorgeous lake and mountain views.

The interior of this home is unparalleled. It features enough rustic mountain touches to keep the atmosphere authentic, but with all of the modern luxuries you have come to expect.

The living room, dining area and kitchen have an open concept, providing an optimal space for entertaining the whole group. The dining table is positioned for great views.

The chef`s kitchen makes preparing food easy and enjoyable. Complete with designer appliances, granite counter tops, and a large breakfast bar with additional seating. It is fully stocked with most of the items you`ll need to enjoy cooking.

The loft overlooks the family room and has amazing views of the lake. This home has board games, and kids will have plenty of room to sprawl out and play.

With Tamarack Resort just around the north side of the lake, you`ll be close to downhill skiing, golfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, rafting, zip-lines bars and fine dining. Guests staying at this 6 bedroom lake cabin will have something fun to do all year-round!

This home is located on a paved cul de sac and is accessible year-round.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.

Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.

Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.

Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.

Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.

Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.

Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.

BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.

Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.

Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.

Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`

Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.

Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.

Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. We had a wonderful time. The property was clean and very pleasant. We had some interaction with the maintenance man who was there cleaning the hot tub. He was wonderful. The location is perfectly situated on the lake with a private dock. The bunks beds were incredible. We have a wonderful time at a wonderful property.

Overall I'll be giving this a very high review the only possible nits may have been the gazillions of gnats and the fact that we didn't time or really had an idea what the water level was going to do at the reservoir there. We're already planning to do it next year but definitely do it in mid to late June all the way to Mid July to make sure we get the water access. The communication with this team is really really good is almost instantaneous even over the weekend so we felt glad about that definitely felt this is a secure place. Our family all of them highly recommend this place and you want to come back next time

Lots of room and generally great facilities. The dock was in shallow swamp-like seaweed, so that was not as a nice as hoped. And having flannel sheets on the master bed in late July was a bit odd. But overall nice cabin and location for super family get together.
