Didn’t have the breakfast as it was only porridge

Location and clean environment

Location - excellent proximity to shops, restaurants and the station.
Back yard - a little sun trap at the back with a table and chairs, although the concrete was unattractive.
Kitchen facilities - a large range of cooking facilities and utensils.
Cleanliness- everything was clean: bedding, bathroom, kitchen & utensils.
A very efficient & large shower cubicle.
Some breakfast food, water and coffee was left had we needed it.
Bathroom needed shelving for resting washbags, towels, etc on.
Lack of indoor seating - another chair is needed as the accommodation is capable of sleeping two people.
Bed siting for access to both sides is inconvenient, especially for going to the loo at night. In front of the bay window lengthways would be better, allowing space for a small dining table and 2 chairs where the bed is now.
TV - limited access to 'regular terrestrial channels e.g. BBC1 & 2 and TV set at a height too high when sitting on the bed.
