Vicinanza alla Reggia (15 min a piedi). Posto auto privato con cancello automatico. Appena fuori dalla ZTL. Appartamento pulito. Proprietario cordiale.
Quarto posto letto un po' scomodo: divano. Nel bagno ganci portasciugamani insufficienti per 4 persone; nella cucina manca la padella.

L'appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto il necessario, la pulizia perfetta e Luigi è stato super cordiale e disponibile. Lo consiglio assolutamente.
Se posso consigliare, sarebbe utile qualche piano d'appoggio in più nel bagno e anche in doccia, magari una mensolina o un portasapone.

Appartamento bilocale di grandi dimensioni. Arredamento essenziale. Dotato di angolo cottura con piastra ad induzione e macchina del caffe a capsule. Parcheggio in area cortiliva. A poche centinaia di metri dal centro e dalla Reggia di Caserta (1,2km).
Impianto di riscaldamento insufficiente (un condizionatore per tutto l'appartamento), assente in bagno (basterebbe un termoventilatore). Letto matrimoniale rumoroso.
