The host communicates very efficiently and is excellent in terms of arranging check in and check out. Very friendly and most helpful! The apartment per se is in excellent condition and clean throughout with a strong wifi connection.
The stairs to the apartment could prove tricky for some elderly travellers but this is something many apartments in Brussels have as a feature (old buildings). However, the flat itself is renovated and very convenient in terms of connections.

Good location for the event we went to, and there's a grocery store just a couple doors down, which was nice. And the facilities all worked, and seemed clean. Host was reasonably responsive.
Zero decoration, zero heart or soul. Very narrow kitchen and bathroom.
