Muy limpio y bonito. Tenía el interior, daba a un patio de luces, estaba actualizado, limpio y bonito.
Había mucho ruido. Se oía todo, a los vecinos, al patio (las ventanas no sellaban), y había algo mecánico en em edificio que hacía ruido cada poco, durante intervalos muy molestos, que vibraba bastante y me fue difícil dormir incluso con tapones.
